A Pre-Order is a non-binding order that makes you a prioritized customer for purchasing a Level Aid™ dishwasher (“Product“) upon the start of sale of the Product in your country of residence. A Pre-Order is not a purchase agreement nor a confirmation or guarantee from the Company that you will have a right to purchase our Product with priority of other customers.

The Pre-Order offer is a non payment option for the Product which has not yet been released on the market. No payment will be necessary until the Product is ready to be delivered. The Product final pricing has not been determined and will appear on the Website once it becomes available. You are under no obligation to purchase a Product from us, and we are under no obligation to supply you with that said Product. Any official purchase will be governed by a separate agreement.

When filling a Pre-Order request, you acknowledge that the Product may not have reached the manufacturing stage at that time, so final configuration or features may changed once Product becomes ready to market. There is no guarantee as to delivery date based on your Pre-order. You or Level Aid Appliance Group Inc. may cancel the Pre-order at any time. The Company is not liable to you for any of the services or products it proposes on its Website.
